Some Inspired Kicks

My students are obsessed with shoes, the brighter and more bizarre the better.  I cannot say I blame them, there are some fantastic feet strolling through our hallways on a daily basis.  So, this morning, when I was reading my daily blogs and came across the following, I immediately thought of them and had to post it:

 

Artist David Brownings creates these paper replicas of fly kicks; you can even order a custom pair!  

Very interesting.  Perhaps even cool.

My only query: what happens if you wear them in the rain?
